Duties:
Design, code and verify embedded software for controlled system applications per requirements/detailed design. Review and comprehend software specification. Perform software package integration and release from modular code content. Actively participate in software meetings, work sessions and code reviews. Perform software/hardware debugging tasks as necessary. Document software designs and/or architecture as necessary.
Location: 12501 E. Grand River Ave., Brighton, MI 48116; Salary: $109,782 per year
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor – Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field of study; will accept equivalent foreign degree; Experience: Seven (7) years in the position above, as a Software Developer, or in a related embedded systems role; Experience must include: 1. Embedded software development, using C and assembly language, and debugging; 2. Implementing embedded software for Automotive Safety Systems; 3. AUTOSAR systems design and development; 4. Vector DaVinci tools to develop software for Global-B products.
